For orders under $100, payment is required in full when the order is
placed.
For orders over $100, you may choose one of two plans:
Two Payment Plan. You may make a minimum deposit of the
total price. The balance is due upon delivery. Minimum
deposit is 60% or 70% depending on the wood
selected.
Single Payment.. You may pay the entire price when you place
your order.
The Confirming Order will be mailed or emailed to you. Sign the
Confirming Order and return with payment.
PRODUCTION SCHEDULE Orders are scheduled and worked in the
order that down payment is received, unless other agreed upon..
COMPLETION DATE Completion of an order and shipment are
subject to acts of nature, delays due to personal obligations, weather and
anything that may require our time. We will always do our best to
complete an order as soon as
possible.
UNITED STATES ORDERS: We accept payment by personal check
(imprinted with your name and address), postal money order or Western Union
money order (send to Denver, Colorado).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We accept orders from outside the
United States. We accept payment by Western Union International Money
Order or by International Wire Transfer. When you place your order,
tell us which method you intend to use.
